Form follows function. I believe good design that is based on solid marketing research and a smart communications strategy is the best ambassador for your brand. Good design is a visual representation of your company's values. Good design elevates you and your brand and makes people take notice. It can grow your company.

 

I am an experienced communications director and skilled graphic designer known for growing organizations – helping them build their brands through solid market research, carefully targeted communications strategies, engaging copywriting, and, last but not least, eye-catching design executions. I don't believe in using pre-existing templates found online; every communication piece I create is unique to your brand.

 

I am a collaborative team leader who loves building strong relationships with clients and teammates across disciplines. I thrive on fostering development and growth in my clients' brands.

I have worked as a designer and art director across industries in children's educational publishing, interactive design, non-profit, consumer, and pharmaceutical advertising. 

 

I am a strong writer. I have contributed articles for design publications. My published articles in the design field have appeared in Communication Arts Magazine, The AIGA Journal, and Adobe Magazine. I have also contributed essays on design to three books published by Allworth Press.

 

I am passionate about education. I have taught communications and graphic design at The College of New Jersey and served as a Trustee on the Lawrence Township Education Foundation board.
